According to the TikToker ‘@swedishswan<\/a>‘ when she responded to a rejection email with a meme, she actually got a positive response.<\/p>\n “I just woke up when I got another rejection letter from a job that I applied for, and I really kind of wanted this job”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n In a series of TikTok videos, she shared how she desperately wanted the job.<\/p>\n \u201cSo I took a lesson from Gen Z and I sent them back this [meme].\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n The meme in question is ‘y tho’ written under the pope\u2019s face in the painting Pope Leo X by Fernando Botero.<\/p>\n Apparently, that’s what made her seem like an ideal candidate, as the company set up a schedule for an interview call after receiving her baffling response.<\/p>\n “It worked.
