After taking on projectrs like Qissa Meherbano Ka<\/em> <\/strong>and the telefilm Aik Hai Nigar<\/em><\/strong>, he is currently playing a difficult role in drama serial Wehshi<\/em><\/strong>. He plays the role of Asif, a character that has various attachment disorders. It seems Asif suffered childhood abuse, and the trauma of abandonment lead him to become that character that he is.<\/p>\n\t\t

In an interview with Urdu News, Khushhal Khan opened up about his latest stint. He talked about his character and how he’s not evil.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn essence, Asif isn\u2019t really a bad person. He doesn’t intend to harm anyone but because he hasn\u2019t received the kind of love and acceptance a child needs in its developing years, his trauma gets the best of him, …People like Asif, are in fact, looking for someone to cater to that void that has formed over years of negligence, … Such people will give twisted replies to otherwise, harmless questions. But when met with love, when they see someone finally taking out the time to truly understand them, they will cherish this feeling and that person forever,\u201d added the actor.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So, why this project? Apparently, the actor adiscusses the script with his mother before saying yes to anything.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen a project comes to me, I first discuss it with my mother. She reads and tells me how she feels about the script. She never tells me if I should say yes or no, but since she watches a lot of dramas, she gives her opinion on the story.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\t\t
