The talented son of veteran actress Saba Hameed, Faris Shafi<\/a>, is all set to make his film debut in Bilal Lashari\u2019s upcoming movie, The Legend of Maula Jatt. The Awaam crooner shared the first preview of his character, Mooda, on his Instagram account with the caption,<\/p>\n

Shafi is a versatile actor and an amazing singer who recently made his mark in Coke Studio 14 with his song Muazaz Saarif<\/em> <\/strong>alongside his sister Meesha Shafi. He also has the songs Muskara<\/em><\/strong>, Jawab De<\/em><\/strong>, Wasta<\/strong><\/em>, and Nazar<\/strong><\/em> to his credit. Besides being a melodious singer and rapper, Shafi is also an amazing actor and was in several hit TV serials like Kabhi Kabhi<\/strong><\/em>, Sun Yara<\/em><\/strong>, Zid<\/em><\/strong>, and Meri Guriya<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t

The grandson of the revolutionary Pakistani writer, Hameed Akhtar, is going to impress his fans and followers in the much-awaited film The Legend of Maula Jatt.<\/p>\n

Lashari has certainly picked some of the finest talents for his high-budget film, including Humaima Malick, Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan, Gohar Rasheed, and Hamza Ali Abbasi, in addition to the phenomenal singers Ali Azmat and Shafi.<\/p>\n

The film is scheduled to be released worldwide on the 13 October and is already receiving a lot of praise from all around, even from across the border.<\/p>\n
