The star appeared in two feature films,\u00a0<em><strong>Main Hoon Shahid Afridi<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em><strong>Waar<\/strong><\/em> for which he received the Best Star Debut Male and Best Supporting Actor awards at the 1st ARY Film Awards.
