Hareem Shah reportedly went to the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday, seeking security for herself and her husband after receiving death threats online.<\/p>\n

The controversial TikToker, whose real name is Fizza Hussain, went to the SHC accompanied by her husband Bilal Shah and their lawyer. Her attorney stated that she has been receiving death threats on her social media accounts and needs protection against them.<\/p>\n

Hareem Shah has named Sindh’s Inspector General (IG), Home Ministry, and others as the respondents to her case.<\/p>\n

A single-member bench led by Justice Aftab Ahmed Gorar will hear the TikToker’s plea.<\/p>\n

Hareem Shah came under the Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) radar earlier this year for allegations of money-laundering<\/a> after she went viral on TikTok again for posting a video clip of herself holding large stacks of foreign currency.<\/p>\n

She has been accused of transferring money illegally after posting a video of stacks of British pounds in front of her and claiming that she had brought them from Pakistan without the notice of airport authorities.<\/p>\n\t\t

The FIA subsequently subpoenaed her and reportedly recently interrogated her for three hours at its office.<\/p>\n

However, following the backlash and investigation, Hareem Shah stated that she had recorded her official statement with the FIA, telling them that it was all just a prank.<\/p>\n
