Actor Feroze Khan is in hot waters because of the domestic abuse accusations made by his ex-wife Aliza Sultan, particularly after she submitted proof of her torture at his hands to the court. However, his lawyer filed a petition against Aliza Sultan yesterday for allegedly submitting false documents in their ongoing cases of domestic violence and the custody of their children.<\/p>\n

The lawyer requested the court to take action against Aliza Sultan for misleading the court with fake documents. He added that the former wife of his client had not filed an application against the actor with the police while they were bound in nikkah.<\/p>\n\t\t

The court has called for both sides to present their arguments on 5 November, while the hearing for the custody of the children has been adjourned until 29 November.<\/p>\n

Feroze Khan’s lawyer spoke to the press about the evidence that\u00a0 Aliza Sultan had submitted in court. He claimed that it is invalid and does not stand for anything in the actor’s legal battle against her.<\/p>\n\n

Note that many celebrities and fans have turned against Feroze Khan for his supposed inhumane behavior, particularly after Aliza Sultan shared pictures of her abuse on social media.<\/p>\n

However, the actor posted a social media statement denying all her allegations.<\/p>\n
