Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>star Fahad Mustafa confessed his admiration for Bollywood actor Govinda at the Filmfare Middle East Achievers Night 2022 in Dubai.<\/p>\n

He won the ‘Promising Star of Pakistan’ award at the World Trade Centre on Saturday and revealed in his acceptance speech to the audience that he had started acting because of the Indian actor Govinda.<\/p>\n

He addressed the popular veteran comedian and actor, he said,<\/p>\n

Sir, we are your fans. We think in Pakistan that whatever acting has to be done, should be done like yours.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Fahad Mustafa added, “I think, sir, we are your biggest fans and will always stay your biggest fans. It’s a stroke of good luck that I am standing on the same stage where you were”.<\/p>\n

He asked the audience to applaud Govinda and concluded with the hope that Pakistan and India may work together once more, and fans on both sides of the border may get to enjoy each others’ films.<\/p>\n\n

Fahad Mustafa left the stage to touch Govinda’s feet for his aashirwad <\/em>(Hindu blessing by elders) but got a lot of flak for it online.<\/p>\n
