Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was spotted wearing Gucci Jordaan loafers, which cost a whopping $3,500. That is incidentally twice Pakistan\u2019s GDP per capita!<\/p>\n

In 2021, Pakistan\u2019s GDP per capita was $1500 and, according to Trading Economics global macro models, and it was expected to reach $1,250 by the end of 2022.<\/p>\n

After all, when it comes to true luxury, it is our leaders who are most inclined to dip into their foreign reserves.
