The Canadian rapper, Drake, has suffered a staggering loss of $1 million after placing a bet on the FIFA World Cup final match between France and Argentina in Qatar.<\/p>\n

The finale, which took place yesterday, ended with a draw of 3-3, after which it moved to a penalty shootout. Argentina secured the victory following the penalties, which resulted in Drake losing the eye-watering sum of money.<\/p>\n

According to Vulture<\/em>, the Rich Flex<\/em> artist had bet in a market where extra time is ignored and the outcome is decided based on the final score after 90 minutes of play. This determined how he lost his bet even though Argentina won the World Cup final.<\/p>\n
