The FIA arrested the late Dr. Aamir Liaquat\u2019s third wife, Dania Shah, from Lodhran, Punjab, on Thursday and a judicial magistrate in Sindh sent her to jail on judicial remand subsequent to the leaked video case registered against her.<\/p>\n

Judicial Magistrate (East) Mukesh Kumar pronounced his order reserved after hearing arguments from the defense and prosecution on the bail plea of Dania Shah, who is currently in judicial custody.<\/p>\n

The magistrate observed that the matter was at a premature stage of investigation since no investigation report under Section 173 of the criminal procedure code had been filed yet.<\/p>\n

He also noted that \u201cno sexually explicit videos of the late MNA were recovered from the possession of Dania Shah\u201d.<\/p>\n

The prosecutor claimed that all such videos had been deleted by the suspect. He stated that she violated the victim\u2019s fundamental rights to dignity, privacy, and modesty, which are absolute rights of every person.<\/p>\n
