Born on November 13, 1947, in Peshawar, Qavi Khan has worked in numerous Pakistani television dramas, films, and stage plays.<\/p>\n<p>He started his career as a theatre artist in the 1960s and later moved to television in the 1970s. He gained recognition for his work in the TV drama <strong><em>Khuda Ki Basti<\/em><\/strong>, which was aired in 1974. He has since appeared in numerous TV dramas, including <strong><em>Dhoop Kinare<\/em><\/strong>, <em><strong>Andhera Ujala<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>Zanjeer<\/strong><\/em>, and <em><strong>Durr-e-Shehwar<\/strong><\/em>, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Qavi Khan has also acted in several Pakistani films, including <em><strong>Ishq Khuda<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>Manto<\/strong><\/em>, and <em><strong>Actor in Law<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Qavi Khan was last seen on the big screen in the Fahad Mustafa and Mahira Khan starrer <strong><em>Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad<\/em><\/strong>. His last project was\u00a0<strong><em>Meri Shehzadi<\/em><\/strong>, in which he played the grandfather of Urwa Hocane&#8217;s character.
