Popular YouTuber KSI has come under fire using a racial slur in a recent video he made with his group the Sidemen.<\/p>\n

The YouTuber was spotted saying the word ‘Paki’, a derogatory term used to describe Pakistani person, while playing a game of Countdown.<\/p>\n

KSI has since acknowledged and apologized for using the slur, and has said that he will be taking some “time off” from social media to reflect on his behavior.<\/p>\n\t\t

I wanna apologize for saying a racial slur in a recent Sidemen video. There\u2019s no excuse, no matter the circumstances, I shouldn\u2019t have said it and I\u2019m sorry. I\u2019ve always said to my audience that they shouldn\u2019t worship me or put me on a pedestal because I\u2019m human.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He further added, “I\u2019m not perfect, I\u2019m gonna mess up in life, and lately I\u2019ve been messing up a lot. So I\u2019ve decided I\u2019m gonna just take a break from social media for a while.\u201d<\/p>\n

KSI and his Sidemen colleagues were seen laughing at his insensitive jibe in the video, which has since been removed from the platform.<\/p>\n

Twitter was not too sympathetic with the content creator’s antics as several people schooled him.<\/p>\n
