Police arrested a teenager for organizing a\u00a0khatam\u00a0<\/em>(recitation of the Holy Quran) for the late Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moose Wala in Okara.<\/p>\n

The young fan, identified as Sharjeel Malik, caught local authorities’ attention when he promoted the memorial event on social media. In the poster, the teen not only invited the Sikh brethren to mourn the loss of the beloved rapper but all “Badmashs” <\/em>(gangsters) as well. He also promised an “aerial firing ceremony” later in the event.<\/p>\n

Following the incident, both Malik and his father released video messages, expressing apologies for the young boy’s actions. They emphasized that they had no affiliation with Sidhu Moose Wala or any criminal gang.<\/p>\n\t\t
