A French daredevil, Remi Lucidi, known for scaling skyscrapers around the world has died after falling from the 68th floor of a building in Hong Kong. 30-year-old Remi was at the Tregunter Tower complex in Hong Kong when he fell to his death after reportedly getting trapped outside a penthouse.<\/p>\n

According to investigators, Lucidi arrived at the building in the evening and told the security guard that he was visiting a friend on the 40th floor. He is believed to have made his way to the top floor and got trapped outside. He frantically started knocking on a window, startling a maid inside. The\u00a0stuntman\u00a0then lost his footing and fell.<\/p>\n

Police then later received a call about a gas leak, which prompted officers to discover Lucidi’s body. Authorities say Lucidi broke a gas pipe for the building during his fall.<\/p>\n\t\t

He was found by police on the patio of an apartment and later identified by local media reports. He was found with his French ID\u00a0and a camera used to film his participation in extreme sports.<\/p>\n

According to a report in the South China Morning Post, police say Lucidi may have been trapped in the building and was looking for help before the incident.<\/p>\n
