The announcement was made by Julia Morley, CEO of the Miss World Organisation, who termed the decision as &#8217;emotional for us&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Morley, who is on a Kashmir visit, told the media,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Truthfully, I am so happy.
