Dalal Abu Amneh, a prominent figure known for her music and songs that advocate for Palestine, was taken into custody from her home in Nazareth. On Tuesday, Dalal Abu Amneh was expected to appear before the Nazareth Magistrate’s Court, where authorities sought an extension of her detention, although at the time of the hearing, no official decision to extend her detainment had been reached.<\/p>\n

Dalal Abu Amneh’s arrest and vocal protest came in the wake of the worst Israeli onslaught against the people of Palestine in recent years. The Gaza strip is currently experiencing horrific bombardment by the Israeli forces, that led to the death of thousand innocent women and children.<\/p>\n
