CCTV footage caught the culprit responsible for stabbing Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan<\/a> in his Bandra home early Thursday morning.<\/p>\n

The attacker, who entered the actor\u2019s building in the upscale Bandra West area, was caught on CCTV at 2:33 am in the stairwell. The footage shows the man dressed in a t-shirt and jeans, carrying a backpack and an orange scarf on his shoulder. At one point, he looks directly at the camera.<\/p>\n\t\t

Details of the Attack<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Saif Ali Khan, his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, and their two sons live in a luxurious apartment spread across four floors in a 12-storey building. According to Mumbai Police, the attacker scaled a wall to enter the compound next to the building and then used the rear staircase to climb up to the Khans\u2019 apartment. He reportedly gained access to the home through a fire escape.<\/p>\n\n

Saif Ali Khan\u2019s Condition<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Saif Ali Khan was rushed to Lilavati Hospital by his son, Ibrahim Ali Khan. Doctors performed emergency surgery to remove a knife lodged in his spine and repair leaking spinal fluid.<\/p>\n

The Mumbai Police have registered a case under sections of robbery, trespassing, and grievous hurt caused during house trespass. At least eight teams, including the Crime Branch, have been formed to investigate the case and track down the suspect.<\/p>\n\t\t
