Even though X, aka Twitter, remains “banned,” Pakistani users are experiencing difficulties using the popular social media app despite VPN. Don’t worry, it’s not our government, it’s the enemies of Harry B\u014dlz, the man formerly known as Elon Musk,<\/a> hard at work.<\/p>\n\t\t

In true Elon Musk fashion, the tech mogul took to X to explain why his social media platform experienced multiple outages. Musk claimed the disruptions were caused by a \u201cmassive cyberattack\u201d originating from IP addresses in the \u201cUkraine area.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere was (still is) a massive cyberattack against \ud835\udd4f,\u201d Musk posted at 10:25 PM\u00a0on Monday. \u201cWe get attacked every day, but this was done with a lot of resources. Either a large, coordinated group and\/or a country is involved. Tracing \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

The billionaire, who also happens to be the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, later elaborated during an interview with Fox Business Network\u2019s Larry Kudlow. Speaking from Washington, D.C.\u2019s Eisenhower Executive Office Building, Musk admitted that the company was still \u201cnot sure exactly what happened\u201d but reiterated that the attack appeared to originate from Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The chaos began early Monday morning, with Twitter users reporting issues accessing X at around 2:30 PM. Just as things seemed to stabilize, another wave of outages hit at 6:30 PM, followed by a third spike in complaints at 8:00 PM, according to Downdetector, a website monitoring service.<\/p>\n\t\t
