The team, led by researchers from Italy\u2019s University of Pisa and Scotland\u2019s University of Strathclyde, used radar pulses to map structures deep beneath the pyramid. They claim to have identified eight massive wells, each 33 to 39 feet in diameter and over 2,100 feet deep, connected by staircase-like structures and rectangular enclosures.<\/p>\n

The researchers believe these findings point to an advanced civilization that existed long before dynastic Egypt. Aliens perhaps!?<\/p>\n

Their theory is based on ancient Egyptian texts, including the Book of the Dead and the Turin King List, which reference gods and demigods ruling Egypt before the first pharaohs. The team speculates that these \u201cgods\u201d were actually living kings of a pre-cataclysmic civilization wiped out by a massive asteroid impact.<\/p>\n

While the claims have captured the public imagination, they\u2019ve been met with heavy skepticism. Dr. Zahi Hawass, Egypt\u2019s former minister of antiquities, dismissed the study as \u201ccompletely wrong\u201d and lacking scientific credibility.<\/p>\n\t\t
