According to a court filing submitted Tuesday, Brian Steel is seeking special permission to join the case as an out-of-state lawyer. Steel\u2019s reputation precedes him: he is known for his sharp courtroom presence and unwavering commitment to his clients, even in the face of controversy.<\/p>\n

He drew national attention during the YSL trial when he was arrested on-camera for refusing to disclose how he obtained information about a confidential conversation between the judge, prosecutors, and a witness. The contempt charge was later dropped, and the judge was removed from the case, further cementing Steel\u2019s status as a fearless and principled advocate.<\/p>\n
