A viral video from DHA Phase 9 Town, Lahore, has ignited a heated debate on social media about how to handle the city\u2019s stray dog population<\/a>. The footage shows a tense confrontation between two animal rights activists and a local resident over the fate of stray dogs in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n

In the video, the activists question the man about his call to the police regarding stray dogs, directly asking if he would shoot them. The man openly admits he would, prompting the activists to remind him that a court order prohibits shooting stray dogs. They warn him of possible legal consequences, including jail time, if he takes such action.<\/p>\n\t\t

The man, however, stands by his position, explaining that he was attacked by four stray dogs during his morning walk. He insists that his main concern is the safety of residents, especially children, and that stray dogs pose a real threat in a residential area. The activists, on the other hand, argue that the dogs are vaccinated and suggest he simply change his walking route.<\/p>\n

The situation escalates when the police arrive. The activists accuse the officers of shooting dogs, but the police clarify that they only responded to a resident\u2019s complaint and did not harm any animals. Despite their explanation, the activists remain unconvinced.<\/p>\n
