According to the FIR filed by the victim\u2019s father, Arslan Hayat lured the woman to his residence in Airport Housing Society on the pretext of helping her secure a job in the police department.<\/p>\n
Once there, he allegedly raped her and later threatened her and her family with dire consequences if they reported the incident. The accused also continued to harass the victim and her family through phone calls and messages.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The case was brought before Additional District and Sessions Judge Afshan Ijaz Sufi, who rejected Arslan Hayat\u2019s bail application and ordered his immediate arrest.<\/p>\n\t\t However, Hayat managed to escape from the courthouse before police could detain him.
