A formal case has been registered at Gizri police station, naming Salman Farooqi, his armed security guard, and unidentified individuals. The charges include assault, criminal intimidation, abduction, unlawful confinement, use of abusive language, and mistreatment of the victim. Police have also detained Farooqi\u2019s guard and another individual during the investigation.<\/p>\n

Eyewitness Muhammad Saleem, a sales manager at a mobile company, reported that the incident took place around 8:15pm at Ittihad Commercial. He stated that after a minor accident, Farooqi physically assaulted the motorcyclist and, with the help of his guard, forcibly confined him in the car at gunpoint. Saleem added that Farooqi abused and threatened the victim, while women accompanying the motorcyclist pleaded for mercy but were also threatened and pushed.<\/p>\n
