He said that this practice is common across the world and is a way of keeping the memories of their heroes alive and allowing them to remain an important part of the country&#8217;s history and culture.<\/p>\n<p>CDA, which was formed in 1960, has already named around 107 roads after various personalities, including four roads after foreign head of states.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, roads in the I-11, I-14, I-15 areas, as well as some in G-8 and D-12, and many roads and intersections in the old sectors, are among those that will be renamed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to name roads, streets, intersections, and significant places in the capital city after prominent personalities from the country.
