KARACHI: The High Court of Sindh in Karachi has issued an order to the Occupant\/Occupied PIB Colony in Karachi, demanding that they vacate the premises within 24 hours of receiving the notice.<\/p>\n

According to details, the notice is related to the Portion of Suit Property, specifically Plot No. 141K-28 Trans Lyari, measuring 21,800 square yards in Pir Illahi Bux (PIB) Colony, Karachi.<\/p>\n

The details indicate that the order complies with the Court’s ruling on February 6, 2023.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the notice, dated February 16, 2023, was given under the hand and seal of the court, directing the SHO PS Concerned Karachi to serve the notice in compliance with the court order dated February 6, 2023.<\/p>\n

The court ordered that it is important for the occupants of PIB Colony to adhere to this notice and vacate the premises within the stipulated time frame.<\/p>\n

As a result, the families are at risk of displacement and social media activists have called for help to address the situation.<\/p>\n
