The authority is constructing parking plazas in F8, F10, G9, 1-8, and Blue Area, with a total capacity of 5,000 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>This move is expected to play a vital role in solving the parking problem in the city.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the chairman of CDA briefed the prime minister on the residential projects for overseas Pakistanis, and the premier directed that the best facilities should be made available in these projects to bring them up to international standards.<\/p>\n<h2>New National Bus Terminal and Feeder Buses<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to this, the CDA chairman provided a briefing on feeder routes and bus terminals, disclosing that a national bus terminal of international standards and three satellite terminals will be built with private sector investment.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, 13 feeder routes of buses will be started in the next 90 days, benefiting around 0.2 million people with quality travel facilities on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>The prime minister also emphasized the importance of transparency and automation in the investment process and warned against any obstructions or interruptions in these projects.<\/p>\n<p>The allocation of Rs10 billion for the development of rural areas in Islamabad and the ongoing progress on various projects discussed in the meeting are expected to improve the infrastructure and facilities for the citizens of Islamabad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has allocated Rs10 billion for the development of rural areas in Islamabad.
