{"id":12145,"date":"2023-02-27T13:23:42","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T08:23:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/?p=12145"},"modified":"2023-02-27T13:23:42","modified_gmt":"2023-02-27T08:23:42","slug":"dha-multan-offers-possession-and-incentive-scheme-for-sector-i-members","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/dha-multan-offers-possession-and-incentive-scheme-for-sector-i-members\/","title":{"rendered":"DHA Multan Offers Possession and Incentive Scheme for Sector I Members"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MULTAN: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has recently made an announcement regarding the possession and incentive scheme for the members of Sector I.<\/p>\n<p>According to a post shared on the authority&#8217;s official Facebook page, the administration will be handing over possession to the members of Sector I.<\/p>\n<p>As per the details of the scheme, the members of Sector I can avail of a waiver scheme on development and utility charges in case they complete construction within a certain time frame.<\/p>\n<p>The waiver of the development charges scheme will be applicable according to the following timeline:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If construction is completed within 12 months of the DHA possession opening date, 100% of development charges will be waived. The cut-off date for completion is February 29, 2024.<\/li>\n<li>If construction is completed within 13-14 months, 80% of development charges will be waived. The cut-off date for completion is April 30, 2024.<\/li>\n<li>If construction is completed within 15-16 months, 60% of development charges will be waived. The cut-off date for completion is June 30, 2024.<\/li>\n<li>If construction is completed within 17-18 months, 50% of development charges will be waived. The cut-off date for the start of construction is February 29, 2024.<\/li>\n<li>If the construction of residential units is started within 12 months of the DHA possession opening date, and there are 20 or more residential units, 100% of utility charges will be waived. The cut-off date for the start of construction is February 29, 2024.<\/li>\n<li>If the construction of commercial units is started within 12 months of the DHA possession opening date, and there are 5-9 commercial units, 50% of utility charges will be waived. The cut-off date for the start of construction is February 29, 2024.<\/li>\n<li>If the construction of commercial units is started within 12 months of the DHA possession opening date, and there are 10 or more commercial units, 100% of utility charges will be waived. The cut-off date for the start of construction is February 29, 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The possession and incentive scheme is aimed at providing benefits to the members of Sector I in DHA Multan.
