<\/a><\/p>\nThe EOI must include the firm’s name, address, telephone\/fax number, and email address, along with an organizational chart showing the management structure. The following documents must also be included:<\/p>\n

- Certified true copy of Memorandum\/article of Association (in case of a company), partnership deed (if applicable), or joint venture agreement.<\/li>\n
- Certificate of Registration with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) along with the valid renewal letter until 2022 in the relevant project profile category.<\/li>\n
- Certified true copy of the certificate of registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan or registrar of forms (in case of a company).<\/li>\n
- Relevant project-wise experience with the time duration for each project.<\/li>\n
- List of similar works completed by the firm during the last 5 years, indicating the total cost of such works and cost of Consultancy Services received against those works, along with the date of start and completion or expected date of completion.<\/li>\n
- An undertaking by the consultants\/firms\/JVs that they have not been blacklisted\/defaulted by any government agency\/department\/organization and that the information provided is correct.<\/li>\n
- Certificate\/Affidavit that the consultants\/firms\/JVs are not in litigation with any client.<\/li>\n
- Audited Financial Statement of the firm (in case of a JV, each member) for the last 3 years.<\/li>\n
- Copy of registration with FBR and PRA. In case the firm\/lead partner is unregistered with Punjab Revenue Authority, then as per rules of Punjab sales tax Special Procedure (withholding rules) 2015, the withholding agent shall deduct tax on gross value as per applicable rates of tax for all unregistered persons.<\/li>\n
- List of permanent professional staff along with CVs of relevant core staff showing relevant project-wise experience with exact time duration for each project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The EOI must reach the office of the Director (LU&BC) RDA by March 22, 2023. The RDA reserves the right to disqualify any application if it contains false, fabricated, or materially incorrect information.<\/p>\n
The pre-qualification document can be purchased by interested bidders by submitting a written application and paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000 in favor of the Director (LU&BC), RDA.<\/p>\n
Bidding documents containing specifications can be downloaded from the RDA website, and the fee must be attached to the submission.<\/p>\n
It is important to note that only a maximum of three firms are allowed to make a JV\/consortium, and international firms must make a JV\/consortium with a local firm\/firms.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
