{"id":13827,"date":"2023-03-27T14:59:30","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T09:59:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/?p=13827"},"modified":"2023-03-27T14:59:30","modified_gmt":"2023-03-27T09:59:30","slug":"finance-wing-of-cda-accused-of-making-duplicate-payments-to-landowners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/finance-wing-of-cda-accused-of-making-duplicate-payments-to-landowners\/","title":{"rendered":"Finance Wing of CDA Accused of Making Duplicate Payments to Landowners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: A new corruption scandal has been uncovered in the Capital Development Authority (CDA) in which CDA&#8217;s finance wing has been accused of making duplicate payments to landowners in Sectors I-17 and H-16.<\/p>\n<p>The payments were allegedly made against the land that was acquired by the CDA for development over a decade ago.<\/p>\n<p>As per the details, CDA paid Rs 840,000 for each kanal of land acquired in 2008-09, and around 65% of payments have been made to affected landowners so far.
