Officials believe that the introduction of a mobile application could help solve such issues.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, Commissioner Randhawa directed officials to appoint permanent focal persons to address issues related to the Housing Directorate at the one-window cell.<\/p>\n<p>He also urged the officers to make the identification process easier by utilizing E-Khidmat app and other IT services more effectively with the assistance of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Randhawa emphasized the importance of the people&#8217;s time and urged the one-window cell staff to understand the significance of their work.
