{"id":15605,"date":"2023-05-02T12:29:20","date_gmt":"2023-05-02T07:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/?p=15605"},"modified":"2023-05-02T12:29:20","modified_gmt":"2023-05-02T07:29:20","slug":"rda-issues-notices-to-4-illegal-housing-schemes-in-rawalpindi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/rda-issues-notices-to-4-illegal-housing-schemes-in-rawalpindi\/","title":{"rendered":"RDA Issues Notices to 4 Illegal Housing Schemes in Rawalpindi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), under the guidance of Director General Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, issued notices to owners of four illegal private housing schemes.<\/p>\n<p>These schemes are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pak Sar Zameen Town at Chakri Road<\/li>\n<li>Century Town Housing Scheme<\/li>\n<li>Rawat City Housing Scheme<\/li>\n<li>Al-Buraq Enclave Rawat<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The authority also warned the sponsors to immediately halt the marketing of unapproved and illegal housing schemes and obtain No Objection Certificates and approval of the scheme in accordance with the law.
