Additionally, the court disposed of an application as Aziz withdrew his interim bail.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that Aziz, along with PM Shehbaz, is among the several accused standing trial in the NAB reference related to money laundering, involving an amount exceeding Rs. 7 billion.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate case filed in 2018 by the graft buster, NAB declared PM Shehbaz &#8220;innocent&#8221; regarding allegations of misuse of authority during his tenure as Punjab chief minister.<\/p>\n<p>The case was related to a low-cost housing scheme, the Ashiana-e-Iqbal Housing Society, launched in Lahore in 2010.
