According to Mian Kamran, Senior Vice Chairman of the Ravi Industrial Estate Association, the area where industrial units are located is classified as agricultural.<\/p>\n
He said, “RUDA has chosen to modify the land’s categorization to industrial or commercial.”<\/p>\n
In addition, the organization sought RUDA to impose land-use conversion fees based on the DC rate for agricultural property.<\/p>\n
