lack of interest in the project, according to the lawyer.<\/p>\n<p>He also emphasized that the project was a joint venture between PHAF and KPPHA, as per the memorandum of understanding signed on December 11, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>They decided to launch the scheme in the Surezai area of Peshawar, with promises of providing affordable houses to the allottees.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear:both;
