The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has recently highlighted a concerning issue regarding the marketing and sale of unauthorized housing and agro-farming schemes in Islamabad.<\/p>\n

Without the necessary approval or No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the CDA, these illegal schemes are causing alarm among authorities, who are now looking to take swift action to protect the city’s residents and maintain the integrity of its planned development.<\/p>\n

The CDA, whose role is to regulate and supervise urban development in the capital city, has unearthed several unauthorized projects enticing unsuspecting buyers with attractive deals.<\/p>\n

The need for appropriate approval for these initiatives indicates non-compliance with the city’s planning and development regulations, thereby exposing potential investors and residents to considerable risks.<\/p>\n

The promotion and sale of plots within these unauthorized housing schemes in prime locations in Islamabad present a significant threat to the city\u2019s urban planning and development.<\/p>\n

Without appropriate authorizations from the CDA, these schemes lack crucial infrastructure, basic facilities, and safety standards compliance, thereby placing potential buyers’ lives and investments at risk.<\/p>\n
