{"id":18367,"date":"2023-08-01T15:08:45","date_gmt":"2023-08-01T10:08:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/?p=18367"},"modified":"2023-08-01T15:08:45","modified_gmt":"2023-08-01T10:08:45","slug":"former-dg-sbca-and-mukhtiarkar-sent-to-jail-in-nasla-tower-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/former-dg-sbca-and-mukhtiarkar-sent-to-jail-in-nasla-tower-case\/","title":{"rendered":"Former DG SBCA and Mukhtiarkar Sent to Jail in Nasla Tower Case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI: The anti-corruption police arrested Manzoor Qadir Kaka, former director general of the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), and Khair Muhammad Dahiri, ex-Jamshed Town mukhtiarkar, on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The arrests came after a court revoked their pre-arrest interim bail in the Nasla Tower case.<\/p>\n<p>Kaka, who recently returned from Canada, had obtained pre-arrest bail from the provincial anti-corruption court.<\/p>\n<p>Both Kaka and Dahiri appeared in court to seek confirmation of their bail before arrest, which had been granted on July 13 and 26, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>However, Judge Muhammad Ahsan Khan Durrani dismissed their bail pleas and ordered their arrest.
