} <\/style><div style=\"padding-left:1em; padding-right:1em;\"><span class=\"ctaText\">ALSO READ<\/span>&nbsp; <span class=\"postTitle\">Accused Professors Fail to Attend ACE Hearing on Punjab University Town-III Scam<\/span><\/div><\/a><\/div>\n<p>The letter stated that the housing scheme in question has been merged with the Soul City project owned by M\/s Marwa Developers.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the allottees of PU Town-III have been accommodated in Soul City without incurring any additional costs, aside from the transfer of the original housing scheme&#8217;s land measuring 940 kanal in Mauza Jia Bagga to M\/s Marwa Developers.<\/p>\n<p>Following thorough examination and due consideration, the competent authority has decided to close the matter at the NAB&#8217;s end.<\/p>\n<p>While NAB&#8217;s inquiry concludes, the bureau has urged the Director-General of LDA to initiate appropriate action according to relevant legal provisions.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to safeguard the interests of the allottees, ensuring the timely completion of development and the delivery of plots to the legitimate recipients of PU Town-III.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover. the NAB has also directed the PU VC to take suitable action, maintain follow-up, and coordinate with LDA to ensure the punctual completion of development and plot delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Fakhrul Haq Noori, the chairman of the Management Committee, and Prof. Muhammad Azhar Naeem, the president of PU-ASA, have expressed optimism regarding the project&#8217;s acceleration.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear:both;
