{"id":2942,"date":"2022-09-02T17:16:09","date_gmt":"2022-09-02T12:16:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/?p=2942"},"modified":"2022-09-02T17:16:09","modified_gmt":"2022-09-02T12:16:09","slug":"chinese-firm-offers-low-cost-pre-fabricated-houses-for-flood-affectees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/chinese-firm-offers-low-cost-pre-fabricated-houses-for-flood-affectees\/","title":{"rendered":"Chinese Firm Offers Low-Cost Pre-Fabricated Houses for Flood Affectees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE: Chinese businessmen have offered to build pre-fabricated houses in their present Faisalabad plant as a means of aiding Pakistan&#8217;s flood victims.<\/p>\n<p>At a press conference, the country head of Hanan DR Group, Mr. Zhang, stated, &#8220;As a matter of urgency, we are concentrating on aiding the flood victims by constructing modest homes for about Rs1.8 million at no profit.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He claimed that a single unit actually costs between Rs2.6 and Rs2.8 million.<\/p>\n<p>The management decided against making any money off of this venture, although they did request that Pakistan&#8217;s government exclude the imported raw materials from all taxes and charges.<\/p>\n<p>According to the country head, 200 houses could be built each month, and over 2,000 in a year.
