} <\/style><div style=\"padding-left:1em; padding-right:1em;\"><span class=\"ctaText\">ALSO READ<\/span>&nbsp; <span class=\"postTitle\">Sky Marketing Claims They Have Proofs of MTJ\u2019s Son Having Stake in TAB City<\/span><\/div><\/a><\/div>\n<p>He said that the relevant authorities were pursuing legal action against illegal marketing and advertising of housing schemes, at the direction of the DG RDA.<\/p>\n<p>As per details, notices have been issued to 14 housing societies from the authority, including;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/projects\/tab-city-rawalpindi\/\">TAB City Rawalpindi<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Turkish Smart City Housing Project<\/li>\n<li>Al-Rahmat Housing Project<\/li>\n<li>Nishan-e-Mustafa Housing Project<\/li>\n<li>Ample Living Housing Project<\/li>\n<li>Countryside Farms Housing Project at Mouza Baga Sheikhan Chak Beli Khan Road<\/li>\n<li>Pine Green Housing Project<\/li>\n<li>New Murree Township Housing Project<\/li>\n<li>Hope City Housing Project<\/li>\n<li>Bunyad Housing Project<\/li>\n<li>Tokyo Smart City Housing Project<\/li>\n<li>Green Hills Enclave at Mouza Lakot Expressway Murre<\/li>\n<li>Agro Park Housing Scheme in Ratta Gujran, Rawat<\/li>\n<li>Forest Town in Mouza Chhani Sher Alam, Rawalpindi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Furthermore, RDA has also filed FIRs against 3 housing projects, including Turkish Smart City, Ample Living, and The Countryside Housing Projects.<\/p>\n<p>The registration of FIRs against additional illegal housing projects had also been made to the relevant police stations, said the sources.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear:both;
