ISLAMABAD: IHC has asked the Capital Development Authority to provide a list of illegal housing societies in the Capital territory.<\/p>\n
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court, Athar Minallah, sough the CDA to submit a list of Illegal housing societies within a day.<\/p>\n
In response to this, Attorney General, Munawar Iqbal Dogal, said that there are no such legal restrictions in launching a housing scheme under the name of government institutions.<\/p>\n\n
He added that there is nothing wrong in using the ministry\u2019s or department\u2019s names as per the laws of cooperative housing societies.<\/p>\n
