} <\/style><div style=\"padding-left:1em; padding-right:1em;\"><span class=\"ctaText\">ALSO READ<\/span>&nbsp; <span class=\"postTitle\">IHC Issues Stay Order Against Bhara Kahu Bypass Project<\/span><\/div><\/a><\/div>\n<p>The Judge Mian Gul Aurangzeb of the IHC has made residents of Murree, Kashmir, and Bhara Kahu, parties to the case while extending the earlier stay that had been issued in response to a petition filed by a professor of Quaid-e-Azam University.<\/p>\n<p>The judges argued that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) provided Quaid-e-Azam University with a number of benefits in exchange for the land, and the university administration is responsible for informing the faculty of these benefits.<\/p>\n<p>There was no question that the project was for the welfare of the public, but the court noted that it was necessary to follow the legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>According to CDA lawyer Jawad Nazir, the teachers of Quaid-e-Azam University are blackmailing the civic agency by halting the project.<\/p>\n<p>In response, the court stated that the university administration must explain everything to its faculty by Friday in order to resolve the matter.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear:both;
