} <\/style><div style=\"padding-left:1em; padding-right:1em;\"><span class=\"ctaText\">ALSO READ<\/span>&nbsp; <span class=\"postTitle\">Sheikh Rasheed Served Notice to Vacate Lal Haveli within 7 Days<\/span><\/div><\/a><\/div>\n<p>The Administrator ETPB for Rawalpindi held a hearing into the matter on Tuesday and ordered the expansion of the investigation while directing the Deputy Director to submit all relevant records pertaining to the occupation of Lal Haveli and the seven adjoining units.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Auqaf department declared that Sheikh Rashid and his brother Sheikh Siddique were illegally occupying seven different housing units in the area, including the Lal Haveli, to which they filed an appeal in the local court against the decision.<\/p>\n<p>It is relevant to note here that EPTB announced a reserved verdict on October, 17th, stating that the <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">7 land units, including Lal Haveli, were illegally occupied by the former minister and the case was delayed for 27 years due to political influence.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear:both;
