} <\/style><div style=\"padding-left:1em; padding-right:1em;\"><span class=\"ctaText\">ALSO READ<\/span>&nbsp; <span class=\"postTitle\">RDA's Operation Against Illegal Housing Structures in Full Swing<\/span><\/div><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Furthermore, four shops and one residential under-construction building at Gulraiz Housing Scheme Rwp were also sealed.<\/p>\n<p>He claimed that as part of their ongoing anti-encroachment campaign, the relevant authorities are taking action against all illegal and unlicensed commercial and residential buildings.<\/p>\n<p>The spokesperson added that the owners of the properties went against the Punjab Development of Cities Act of 1976, and the RDA Building and Zoning Regulations of 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The DG, at the owners&#8217; request, had given the building owners two weeks to submit the authorized layout plans in order to regularize the structures.<\/p>\n<p>He cautioned that these structures would be sealed again and First Information Reports (FIRs) would be filed if they are not regularized within two weeks.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear:both;
