problem of traffic congestion.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, the foundation for the 123-kilometer tourism highway connecting Rawat Pandori Chowk with the 3 highland tehsils of Rawalpindi Kahuta, Kotli Sattian, and Murree, as well as Lower Topa and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, was formally laid in April of last year, according to an RDA spokesperson.<\/p>\n<p>The alternate route, according to him, would connect Rawalpindi with Muzaffarabad, Murree, Kotli Sattian, Kahuta, and Kallar Syedan with a projected cost of approximately Rs. 4.75 billion.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear:both;
