{"id":9089,"date":"2023-01-12T13:34:18","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T08:34:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/?p=9089"},"modified":"2023-01-12T13:34:18","modified_gmt":"2023-01-12T08:34:18","slug":"lda-takes-action-against-encroachments-plans-to-transform-9-roads","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/proproperty\/lda-takes-action-against-encroachments-plans-to-transform-9-roads\/","title":{"rendered":"LDA Takes Action Against Encroachments, Plans to Transform 9 Roads"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has launched an anti-encroachment operation to transform nine roads in the city into model roads.<\/p>\n<p>The operation is being conducted at the direction of the Lahore High Court and is aimed at removing encroachments from parking areas of plazas and implementing building regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The drive will involve the removal of encroachments from several roads in the city, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Johar Town\u2019s main road<\/li>\n<li>Main boulevard of Allama Iqbal Town<\/li>\n<li>Wahadat Road<\/li>\n<li>Multan Road<\/li>\n<li>Zahoor Elahi Road<\/li>\n<li>MM Alam Road<\/li>\n<li>Mustafa Town\u2019s main road<\/li>\n<li>Jubilee Town\u2019s main road<\/li>\n<li>LDA Avenue\u2019s main road<\/li>\n<li>Shadman\u2019s main road<\/li>\n<li>Garden Town\u2019s main road<\/li>\n<li>Kalma Chowk to Faisal Town<\/li>\n<li>Township\u2019s main road and Khokhar Chowk to Hamdard Chowk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to LDA Director General Amir Ahmed Khan, the establishment of these model roads is intended to address two major issues in the city: environmental pollution and parking.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that notices had been issued to the administrations of schools, colleges, hospitals, restaurants, and other commercial buildings to remove encroachments and implement building regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The Director General also emphasized that the authority would act against any buildings or owners violating these rules.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has launched an anti-encroachment operation to transform nine roads in the city into model roads.
