} <\/style><div style=\"padding-left:1em; padding-right:1em;\"><span class=\"ctaText\">ALSO READ<\/span>&nbsp; <span class=\"postTitle\">RDA Orders to Expedite Preparation of Masterplan for 4 Tehsils of District<\/span><\/div><\/a><\/div>\n<p>However, it has been reported that the civic body has been trying to prepare the master plan for the last three years, with the process moving at a slow pace.<\/p>\n<p>A senior official of RDA shared that this slow pace of work has allowed developers of private housing societies to construct without any hindrance.<\/p>\n<p>He also criticized the authority for failing to regulate private housing societies in the district, stating that due to their indifferent attitude, developers were able to finalize housing schemes without fulfilling necessary formalities.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the official added that most housing schemes in the district were developed on smaller plots of land, which resulted in a lack of space for schools, colleges, parks, mosques, and graveyards.<\/p>\n<p>The official also pointed out that the absence of graveyards in new housing schemes had led to an increased burden on existing graveyards in the city.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear:both;
