Australia Squad for T20 World Cup 2022

Defending champions Australia will be looking to repeat their heroics from last year’s tournament and win their second successive T20 World Cup title in front of their home fans. The Kangaroos are strong favorites to win the coveted 2022 T20 World Cup trophy and possess some of the finest T20 cricketers in the team.

Australia T20 World Cup squad will be led by Aaron Finch while Pat Cummins will be his deputy. Australia’s T20 World Cup player list includes the likes of David Warner, Mitchell Starc, Mitchell Marsh, Josh Hazlewood, Glenn Maxwell, Matthew Wade and they have also handed a call-up to the explosive middle-order batter, Tim David, who could prove to be the match-winner they had been yearning for.

Australia will be one of the teams to beat in the tournament and it would be a surprise if they fail to qualify for at least the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup.
