Irfan Wahab Khan will be taking over as Chief Marketing Officer, Telenor Pakistan while Aamir Ibrahim, currently Chief Marketing Officer, Telenor Pakistan will join Telenor Group, said a press statement issued by the company.
Both of these changes will be effective from 1 April 2013.
Irfan Wahab Khan has a long association with Telenor Pakistan being the first member of the startup team when he joined the company as Executive Vice President in2004. He played a key role in establishing and expanding Telenor in Pakistan. Since 2009 he has been on international positions as Group Vice president Devices and VP-Head of Asia Distribution within the Telenor group both in Norway and Thailand respectively.Irfan Wahab Khan has over 20 years of diverse management experience with leading telecommunications companies across North America, Europe and Asia.

Aamir Ibrahim joined Telenor as Chief Strategy Officer and VP Corporate Affairs in 2009 to replace Ifran Wahab and for the past two years has been leading the commercial division as its CMO. Under his watch Telenor rapidly grew from 24 million subscribers and crossed the 30 million land mark in October last year and solidified its number 2 position in the Pakistan Telecom Industry.

this card was received to us from the highest authority of Pakistan, I admitted my self in University through this card, when going to Afghanistan and coming back to Pakistan; this card has a higher priority then passport, and those who has this card in Pakistan till 2015, can get License, can claim apartments. but can’t have SIM Cards. and they even don’t have the rejection cause, there is written 2012 in the expiry, but Pakistani Government on TV on the arrival of Nawaz Government announced on TV for the extending for Nadra AFghan Citizen Cards. and those Afghans who claimed Simcards in 2010, “11 ; their Simcards are active. not deactivated. but after 2012 afghans are not having the permission to take these cards through the ID card as I mentioned. and should contact other Pakistani members so they could get Simcards for them. I also worked in Roshan Company Sim Provider Afghanistan. and Pakistanies there can get Simcard by their own Nic Card. total big Diference. while afghans can’t take Cards by their Tazkera. Afghani National ID Card.
