Today's Prayer Times in Hyderabad

Hyderabad is a prominent name in Sindh, located close to the provincial capital and commercial hub Karachi. The city is famous for its delicacies especially the Hyderabadi Biryani or Sindhi Biryani. We all love Biryani, don’t we?

No matter where we live, what we eat or what we do, one thing that is obligatory for all of us Muslims is Namaz. We are bound to offer our prayers day in day out five times a day. To what avail? Well, we are all aware about the first question to be asked on the Day of Judgement. We are all aware about the Pull-Sirat which would be as thin as a minute thread for those who ignore Allah’s commands, we are all aware of the bounties awaiting the Muslims in Jannah and the severe punishments for the infidels in Jahanum, aren’t we?

Despite knowing all this, we do not care much about the life after death. Why is that? Why are we distancing ourselves from the one true Allah; the Allah who created all of us, the Allah who has everything planned for us, whether good or bad, the Allah who knows everything even the thoughts in our minds, the Allah which provides for us and feeds us.

We need to be asking these questions again and again to keep ourselves closer to Allah.
