Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) has reshuffled portfolios of two Senior Executive Vice Presidents, we have confirmed with sources.
According to information we have got, Mr. Naveed Saeed, previously the S.E.V.P commercial is now appointed the S.E.V.P Corporate Development – a slot that was freed by Mr. Sikandar Naqi earlier this month.
Additionally, Mr. Furqan Habib Qureshi, previously the S.E.V.P, Business Zone South, is now made the S.E.V.P Commercial.
These changes are said to be aimed at further strengthening the PTCL’s position in the market.
Mr. Naveed Saeed, who will now be responsible for key functions at PTCL, has a rich profile in the telecom sector spanning over a period of twenty five years. He has been a star performer throughout his career holding leadership positions at the most prominent telecommunications companies across South Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Similarly, Mr. Furqan Qureshi brings with him the diversified experience in marketing and sales, relationship management and solution delivery at senior management positions in the IT & Telecom industry. Mr. Furqan has served as Senior Vice President at System Innovations Limited and as GM Enterprise Business at Wateen Telecom before moving to PTCL in 2011.
